For how long to sunbathe?

Approximately 30 mins (15 mins for the front and the back of your body)

In winters you can sunbathe for even longer since the sun remains softer for a longer time. 

If sunbathing when the sun is strong, stop sunbathing once you start sweating or your body starts to heat up.

Also, remember to cover your head with a damp cloth or place your head in the shade while you are sunbathing.
