Can I combine sun gazing with sunbathing?

Can I combine sun gazing with sunbathing?

No. In most cases it is not possible to sun gaze and sun bath at the same time. It is recommended to do sun gazing in the early morning (just after sun rise) or late evening (just before sun set) when the sun is orange/red in colour and during these times the rays of the sun are not strong enough for sun bathing.

We should do sun bathing when there is a yellow sun and the rays are slightly stronger than during the time of sun gazing. However, sun bathing should also be done in relatively stronger sun light, but not very strong sun like in the middle of the day.
