What if I am not able to take enema? Will I still be able to heal?

Yes, even if you don't take enemas, you will still heal. Make sure you follow rest of the steps (16 hours fasting, Satvic food plan, wet packs, sunbathing, pranayam, & light exercise) religiously. However enemas are amazing in clearing out the hard rotting waste stuck in your intestines and you should definitely give it a try.

As they say, "Everything begins from the gut." Let us express its importance through an example.

Imagine you have to walk a road through a thick jungle in the middle of the night.

If you have a flashlight, protective boots, a GPS and some food, you'll easily be able to cross the jungle.

What if you didn't have one of those? Could you still finish the journey?

Of course, the road is still there. You will still be able to cross it but with more difficulty.

Likewise, curing your disease is a journey through the jungle. The detox practices like sunbathing, sungazing, enema, wet pack are your accessories. The more you use of them, the faster you heal
