What are the other ways to fast apart from 16 hour fasting?

Apart from 16 hour fasting, you can also do a

1) Weekly fast - For any one day of the week you can fast on only fresh vegetable juices and coconut water.
2) 3 day juice cleanse - This can be done once a month where you drink only fresh vegetable juices and coconut water for 3 days in a row.
 
A 3 day juice cleanse should be practised in the correct way with proper knowledge and hand holding.
