Do I need to have an enema and wet pack?
Having an enema and a wet pack will help you get the most benefits from the fast, but it is not compulsory to have. In case you do not have it available you can order it by clicking here
I don't have a juicer, can I still join?
Yes of course. You can make juices using a blender/mixer. Simply add the vegetables and fruits in the blender and then sieve them. Additionally, it is possible to fast on only coconut water.
Do I need organic vegetables?
Not necessarily. However, if you can manage to get organic vegetables, that’s best. In order to reduce the incidence of chemicals from our vegetables, we recommend soaking them in plain water for 20 minutes before using them.
What if I don't have access to the vegetables and fruits mentioned?
You can prepare juices with any available vegetables. It is not important to drink a specific juice. Please get which ever vegetables are available to you.
