What temperature should the water of the enema be?

What temperature should the water of the enema be?

Please only take room temperature water for enema. We do not suggest adding anything to it. Enema is safest and most effective with plain water only (not cold or hot).

People often use hot water, coffee, liquid soaps to take enema which are extremely harmful for our body.
