My skin problem aggravates after sunbathing. Please help!

If there are symptoms of itching, headaches or sweating, it means that sunbathing has been done for too long or in very strong sunlight.

Remember, we need the light of the sun not the heat.

Also, stop sunbathing as soon as you start sweating or your body starts heating up.

Sunbathing properly will help detoxify the system and thus alleviate all skin problems.
