How much water to use?

We suggest that you do not take more than 300 to 500 ml of water at one time.

Taking too much water can weaken our intestines. Therefore, take only as much water as you can easily hold for 5 to 10 minutes. Holding the water in for longer is more important than taking in more water.

For children, please reduce the quantity even further (children should not take more than 100 ml).
