Can we use hot water for a wet pack during the winter months?

No, we don't recommend using hot or warm water for wet packs.

The motive behind applying wet packs is to maintain two different temperatures in the body. Doing this will increase the blood circulation in the body, hence the toxins accumulated in the depths of our body start leaving their place. However, this process will not be possible with warm wet packs as our body's temperature is naturally warm all the time.

Using normal room temperature water for wet packs works the best.

In case, you feel cold and uncomfortable, you can wrap a warm cloth or a muffler around the wet pack.
